Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a bottle of bubbly waiting for us upon arrival, the rooms were comfortable with excellent views but had stained carpets. The service was top-notch with friendly staff, although the manager seemed cold and impatient at times. The location was convenient, close to the city centre but felt a bit overreaching. The dining experience was good, but with room for improvement in the variety of offerings. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel room was very small, and I was disappointed that the parking, which I was told was free, ended up costing me an extra £25. We didn't even get breakfast included, which was a letdown. The broken shower in room 1120, lack of updated facilities, and unclean seat with a brown stain were off-putting.
My stay at the hotel was incredible. The rooms were modern and clean, but some furniture showed signs of wear and tear. I loved the sky view from my room. The service was exceptional, with complimentary breakfast exceeding my expectations. The location in the iconic Beetham Tower was perfect for exploring the city. The dining experience was great, with attentive staff and delicious grilled dishes. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers a mix of comfort and cleanliness but falls short on standards and value for money. The staff are friendly, yet some services were unhelpful. The central location is perfect for exploring the city, but disappointments include the business lounge and dining options.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with amazing views and a very clean environment. However, the outdated facilities and lack of convenient plug sockets near the bed are drawbacks. The price for breakfast is not reasonable.
